We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, phone number, CDL (Commercial Driver's License) number and images, company information (MC number, DOT number, EIN), billing and payment information, and any communications you send to us.

When you access our platform, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, usage data and analytics, cookies and similar tracking technologies, and log data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; process traffic ticket cases and connect you with attorneys; process payments and maintain billing records; communicate with you about your account and cases; comply with legal obligations; detect, prevent, and address fraud and security issues; and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with: attorneys in our network for case representation; payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions; service providers who assist our operations; law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption for data at rest; TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit; role-based access controls; regular security audits and penetration testing; SOC 2 compliant infrastructure; and secure, redundant cloud hosting. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain certain information as required by law, including tax and financial records (7 years), legal case files (10 years), and activity logs (3 years).
