Last Updated: February 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ticket Resolver platform and services provided by Shield Group LLC ("Shield Group", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your password and account; promptly update your information if it changes; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Description of Services
Shield Group provides a technology platform that connects commercial drivers and fleet companies with licensed attorneys for traffic ticket resolution. Our services include: ticket submission and tracking; attorney matching based on jurisdiction and specialization; secure document management; case status updates and communication; payment processing; and fleet management tools for companies. We are a technology platform and do not provide legal advice directly. Attorneys in our network are independent practitioners.
4. Fees and Payment
Solo Drivers pay on a per-ticket basis. Companies may subscribe to monthly plans based on fleet size. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the services for any illegal purpose; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or harass, abuse, or harm other users or attorneys.
6. Intellectual Property

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME FOR YOUR TRAFFIC TICKET CASE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIELD GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shield Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any content you submit through the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
